For adult clients, records are retained for eight (8) years from the date of the last session, after which they are securely destroyed.

For clients under the age of 18 at the time of therapy, records are kept until the client’s 26th birthday, and then securely destroyed.
Access to client records is strictly limited to the Therapist, and appropriate safeguards are maintained to ensure confidentiality and protection from unauthorized access.

We may use trusted third-party service providers (e.g., secure payment processors, appointment scheduling platforms) solely to assist in delivering our services, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
